From April 15th to 17th, the 2026 Turbine Technology Conference and the Civil Aviation Engine and Gas Turbine Exhibition was grandly held at the Suzhou International Expo Center.
As the "crown jewels" of modern industry, aircraft engines and gas turbines are key indicators for measuring a country's scientific and technological as well as industrial strength. They are also the core technological industries that support the construction of China as a power in power and energy. The entire industrial chain technologies such as research and development, material application, precision manufacturing, and simulation calculation directly affect the performance improvement and self-control of national defense equipment such as aircraft and ships.
TSC presented its comprehensive metal 3D printing solution with great impact. It showcased the advanced manufacturing technologies and cutting-edge application results in the fields of aircraft engines and gas turbines. Together with industry experts, it explored the technical breakthroughs and transformation paths of metal 3D printing in the turbine power industry.

In response to the stringent requirements of high-end equipment manufacturing, Xinjinghe has established a complete industrial chain loop covering material supply, equipment research and manufacturing, process development, metal product printing, post-processing processing and quality inspection, and is committed to providing an integrated solution for the precise manufacturing of high-performance structural components.

In terms of equipment development, TSC independently developed the LiM-X series laser selective melting (SLM) equipment, covering full-size devices ranging from φ80×75mm to 2000mm×2000mm×2700mm. This equipment can meet the integrated forming applications in fields such as aircraft engines and gas turbines, from precision parts to large structural components. Customized development services for equipment can be provided according to user requirements. In addition, TSC also has LliM-X series coaxial powder feeding equipment, LiM-R series laser cladding equipment, and customized equipment for special industries.

The LiM-X2000H+ two-meter-level equipment has a forming size of 2000mm×2000mm×2700mm. It can be equipped with a 1000W×55 laser system, doubling the number to significantly increase the forming efficiency and greatly shorten the production cycle. With the self-developed intelligent fault-tolerant system, laser redundancy is ensured, and it has the capabilities of automatic diagnosis, isolation, and dynamic optimization scheduling for single-point failures, ensuring uninterrupted printing and significantly enhancing the reliability and consistency of continuous printing of large components.

Relying on a powerful equipment cluster, TSC can provide users with flexible and high-quality printing services: it can not only achieve small-batch trial production of complex structural parts but also ensure stable batch production of already finalized products. On one hand, it reduces the equipment cost investment of users; on the other hand, through standardized process flows, it ensures stable product quality delivery and realizes ecological win-win with industry partners.

During the conference, TSC focused on showcasing the full-scenario applications of metal 3D printing in the manufacturing of precision components such as aircraft engines and gas turbines. The exhibited typical structural components including pure copper thrust chambers, turbine guide vanes, closed impellers, and casings attracted many visitors to stop and communicate.

In the future, TSC will continue to deepen technological innovation, focus on the research and development of advanced equipment and processes, and promote the large-scale and industrialized application of metal 3D printing technology in the fields of aircraft engines and gas turbines. This will inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
